CNC Punching
CNC Punching
CNC Punching is still the most cost effective method of producing sheet metal parts from a flat sheet.

Precision, accuracy and flexibility are vital, which is why Wilson and Gilkes selected Trumpf as their supply partner.

Trumpf is not a turret machine. Each tool is held rigidly in a punching head, which increases tool life and reduces burring by guiding the tool more accurately. In addition, each tool can rotate which offers increased flexibility and reduced tooling costs. Wilson and Gilkes have two CNC Punching machines, each with complete automation systems.
