Sheet metal without laser machines are no longer conceivable today. The strength lies in the ability to process a vast range of materials, whether thick or thin.

The lasered workpiece have the highest quality cut edges, they do not need to be refinished and are ready for assembly. Wilson and Gilkes have three laser machines, all equipped with complete automation systems:

Trumpf Trulaser 3030 4KW

Maximum sheet size- 1500 x 3000mm. Maximum material thickness- 10mm aluminium, 15mm stainless steel and 20mm mild steel

Trumpf Trulaser 3530 4KW

With dual axis head for higher speed. Maximum sheet size- 1500 x 3000mm. Maximum material thickness- 10mm aluminium, 15mm stainless steel and 20mm mild steel

Trumpf Trumatic 6000 Laser Press

With the combined technologies of laser cutting and punching, increasingly complex fabrication jobs can be performed with greater efficiency and higher productivity. Maximum sheet size- 1250 x 3000mm. Maximum material thickness- 8mm aluminium, 8mm stainless steel and 8mm mild steel
